As a practice we are committed to our farmers, and intend to aim to continue to offer the best of veterinary advice and treatment that we can.

 

At Capontree we routinely provide emergency cover from calvings, pneumonia and outbreaks but also provide an advisory service for Herd and Flock Health Plans, mastitis control, nutritional advice, fertility programs, fertility testing for tups and bulls.  Indeed, with several ultrasonic scanners we can routinely scan pregnancies down to five weeks. 

 

We are registered practice for CERAC and BCVA providing Herd and Flock Programs which comply with current legislations. 

 

The centre at Brampton offers facilities to examine cattle and tups and for large animal treatment on site.  For those cases where bringing the animal in isn't appropriate, our vets are available for call out visits 24 hours a day.

 

As agriculture changes direction,  we change with it.  If you have pet farm animals, you will benefit from our wealth of experience developed over the years, so whether you have pet pigs, goats, sheep or cattle, we have the expertise and experience.
