Operating Theatre
At Brampton we have a dedicated double operating theatre. Inside the operating theatres there is a strict dress code. Staff must all wear theatre scrubs, hats and shoes. Operating staff must wear facemasks, hairnet, surgical gowns and sterile gloves. The theatres are thoroughly cleaned every day and wiped clean between patients.
Dental Theatre
At Brampton we also have a dedicated dental room. Dental procedures can carry a high bacterial load and having a separate area allows us to reduce the risk of contamination to other sections of the practice.
This facility has a specially designed drainage table called a tub table which is also ideal to use for procedures with a heavy contamination load or which require aggressive flushing.
